The sort and maintenance of racing radiators


Auto radiators can be divided into water-cooling and air-cooling. Air-cooled radiators achieve the heat dissipation effect depending on air circulation. So its cylinders are designed as dense sheet structure to increase heat radiating area, and meet the radiating demand. Compared with water-cooling auto radiators, air-cooling radiators have advantages of light weight and easy maintenance. Water-cooling radiators work by cooling the coolant of high temperature, and the water pump makes coolant circulating around the complete radiating system.

When the vehicle runs, dust, leaf and rubbish are easily to be attached to the surface of radiators and block the radiator vanes, which may influence the performance of radiators. In this case, we need to clean it with brush, and blow the dust away with high pressure pump. Auto radiators are inner components of heat conduction and heat transfer, and it plays an important role in vehicle performance. Auto radiators are mostly made of aluminum and copper. In materials, metal is not corrosion-resistant, so bot aluminum racing radiators and copper radiators should be protected from corrosive solution. For auto radiators, blocking is very common. To avoid this situation, we need to inject soft water inside, and then inject hard water inside radiators, to avoid incrustation scale. When it gets cold in winter, radiators are liable to frost damage, so it is need to be injected with anti freezing solution to prevent water from freezing. In daily use, check the water level at any time. When you add water to the auto radiators, keep yourself far away from radiator filter as much as possible, to avoid to be hurt by the high temperature oil.

The development of solar street lights


As the nation's continual readjustment of energy structure in recent years, our demand for energy continues to rise. As a classical renewable energy, solar enery receives more and more attentions for the characteristics of environmental protection, rare pollution and extensive applications. 1. Poor quality of solar panels. It is certainly that we should not be too worried about the quality of solar panles produced by regular manufacturers, because they have had a relatively sound testing standard and testing equipments. But what should be mentioned here is that the power measurement of solar panles needs to use exclusive equipment, and government has no relevant detection measures about this critical technical specification, which makes the solar street lamps can't work normally for power shortage.

2. Light source. Among all the electric devices, light source costs the lowest, but has the highest failure rate. Among all solar lighting fixtures, flood lamps, energy saving lights, high voltage sodium lamps, and halogen light bulbs are relatively common cases. To avoid the power loss caused by inversion, most of them use DC input, and both the design and production are professional. At present, there are many manufacturers producing all kinds of light sources in the market, but only a few of them can ensure high quality. Some suppliers attract customers with low prices, but their products may fail to work in a short time, which caused big negative impact on the application of solar street lamps.
3. Control unit. Some controllers are not perfect enough to control and protect the charge and discharge process of storage battery, which may cause over-discharge and over-charge. Controllers should adopts SOC control method, which can ensure the SOC level below set value and protect the storage battery from over-discharging.
LED downlights have the characteristics of safe and energy conservation, environmental protection, easy installation, automatic control and easy maintenance. Currently it has been very popular in European countries, and it is still in the beginning stage in China.

How to understand split case pumps correctly?


Split case pump can also be called single stage double suction split case pump, and its main feature is the large flow rate of transmission medium. The impeller is installed inside the pump case, and fixed to pump spindle. Pump spindle is drived diretly by electrical machine. There is a liquid suction tube at the center of the pump case. Liquid enters into the pump through bottom valve and suction tube, and the liquid exhaust port is connected with the discharge pipe. When the pump's rotate speed is constant, the pressure head and flow rate are about the diameter of impeller.

Split case pump is a general mechanical equipment that can be widely used in oil, chemical industry, electric power, mine, shipbuilding, light industry, agriculture, civil use and national defense department etc, so it plays an important role in national economy. To select the split case pumps reasonably, we have to consider those economic indicators including the operation costs of pump set and pump station, and makes it conforms to economic, safe and pratice principles. To be specific, there are four aspects that you should take into consideration.
1. It must meet the requirements of flow rate and lift. We must keep the split case pump running efficiently, so that it can not only save power but also makes the machine parts more durable.
2. The split case pump should not only meet the requirements of small volume, light weight and cheap cost, but also have good characteristic and high efficiency.
3. It needs to have good resistant to capitation erosion, long span life and stable operation.
4. The pump project should feature lower cost and less investment.
